Accommodation Booking Terms
& Conditions:
By booking accommodation online through
Buzz Holidays you agree to the
following terms and conditions.
These terms govern all accommodation and
transfer bookings made (whether through
Buzz Holidays web site or otherwise) with
Buzz Holidays whose office is at 99 Moor
End Road, Mellor SK6 5PT. All correspondence
should be addressed to Buzz Holidays,
99 Moor End Road, Mellor SK6 5PT. You
accept these booking terms on behalf of
all members of your party. Any booking
made or order placed by you shall be deemed
to be an offer by you to purchase the
relevant travel arrangements subject to
these booking conditions. No contract
between you and Buzz Holidays shall come
into existence until Buzz Holidays-
(a) issues a booking reference number;
(b) issues a booking confirmation by email,
fax or post; and
(c) receives payment in full.
Basis
For Contract
: Buzz Holidays
is an accommodation only provider (not a
Tour Operator) and as such we supply our
products as a principal either direct or via
Travel Agents. When a client requests
accommodation, we pass this enquiry on to an
overseas supplier pending their
confirmation. We treat this as an
unconfirmed enquiry and we may take a
deposit, which we use to guarantee the
booking pending the confirmation from our
supplier. Once we receive the confirmation
back from our suppliers we will issue a
confirmation / invoice and only then will a
contract exist between Buzz Holidays and
yourself. Until the issue of the
confirmation / invoice, no contract exists
of any kind in express terms or implied
terms. If we are unable to supply the
requested accommodation we will return any
deposit paid and this will end the matter.
We cannot be held responsible for any other
travel arrangements that you or your travel
agent has confirmed independently and for
any costs arising from canceling or amending
these independent arrangements. Once you
receive our written confirmation / invoice
and accommodation voucher it is essential
that you check them for errors or omissions
to eliminate any possible misunderstandings.
We can not be held responsible if you choose
not to check your confirmation / invoice and
subsequently find you are booked on
something you did not intend and costs maybe
involved in changing the arrangements. This
is why it is so important to check your
confirmation / invoice.
Booking
Procedures:
The first step is to decide where you want
to go and look through the properties on
Hotels Turkey Web that fit your budget and
size requirements. Be sure to read all
restrictions associated with the property
then fill out the booking form associated
with that particular property. At that time,
we will ask for a credit card number; we
accept Visa and MasterCard. We cannot make a
reservation without that number, and we
cannot fax over merely to check
availability. We assume that if you’re
asking about availability, you’re ready to
make a reservation and we act accordingly.
Late Bookings:
Late bookings are those made within 8
weeks of departure. Once details have
been confirmed to you over the telephone,
a verbal contract shall be deemed to exist
between you and the hotel. All booking
conditions will apply including cancellation
charges. Full payment will be due immediately.
If You Cancel Your
Booking:
It is agreed between us that if you wish
to cancel all or any part of your booking,
or that the booking is cancelled by us
due to non payment, then we shall be entitled
to the following percentage of the holiday
cost: -

If We Change Your
Reservation:
If a major change to your booking occurs,
we will inform you as soon as it is reasonably
possible if there is time before your
departure. A major change is one that
we make to your reservation (ie departure
date). Most changes if any are of a minor
nature, which may include certain facilities,
being withdrawn, and we reserve the right
to do so at any time. We aim to provide
you with details as soon as possible.
Cancellation By
Us:
We will not cancel your booking within
8 weeks of your departure unless caused
by events beyond our control. If we are
obliged to cancel your holiday more than
8 weeks prior to your departure we will
aim to offer you an alternative. If this
is not acceptable, we will provide you
with a full refund.
General Conditions:
If the behaviour of any member of your
party is considered likely to cause offence,
danger, damage or distress to others, we
reserve the right at all times to cancel
or terminate your holiday completely. If,
for example, the accommodation owner or
Management, or a senior member of staff
considers the behavior is unacceptable,
they are authorized to terminate the holiday
wherever and whenever necessary. If this
situation arises, our responsibility will
cease and we will not be obliged to cover
any expenses incurred by the party concerned
and neither will we consider any claims
for compensation or refunds whatsoever.
Star Ratings and quality of Accommodation-
The Client acknowledges that star ratings
may vary in quality from country to country
and cannot be relied on to identify the
quality of the accommodation. The Client
acknowledges that the star rating is merely
a general outline and may not apply in
each case. Similarly, the Client acknowledges
that the type of rooms provided by a hotel
(i.e. single, double, twin) may also vary
from country to country. It is the responsibility
of the Client to check the type of the
accommodation and services provided by
each hotel. Details of each hotel which
may be booked via this website are outlined
in this website. There maybe guests from
other countries staying at your accommodation
and therefore facilities and entertainment
may vary according to the variety and ages
of such guests. Some hotels have twin or
double-bedded rooms where a third or fourth
bed can be added. In most cases the 3rd
of 4th bed may be a camp bed or a divan
and the room may well run out of space.
Dissatisfaction
with Accommodations:
It is extremely important to give all
your travel requirements to a rental agent
BEFORE making actual reservations' to ensure
that you receive exactly what you want. For
example, if you tell us during the booking
process that location doesn't matter, you
can't call up from Ovacik, asking to cancel
your apartment because it isn't close enough
to the beach. Likewise, we cannot accept
cancellations based on personal taste, such
as your dislike for the apartment's
wallpaper color. And clients who book a
three-star apartment cannot realistically
expect five-star apartment services. Be sure
to ask all questions regarding amenities
BEFORE booking your reservation; all
accommodation inclusions are listed in
Hotels Turkey under the property
description.
However, if you arrive at your
accommodations and find that the apartment
or hotel is not as it was represented (for
example, it is a Studio and not the
One-Bedroom you reserved, or it lacks
electricity, heat or any other promised
service), call the local contact (concierge,
management staff) and they will do all
possible to get you moved to another
apartment in the building, or have the
problem remedied immediately. If this does
not yield satisfactory results, call us in
UK. In outstanding circumstances, if we
cannot fix the problem to your satisfaction
in the accommodation booked, we will move
you to another apartment in our inventory.
Please remember that we cannot do
anything unless we are alerted to a problem.
Clients who complete a stay at an apartment
that lacked necessary services without
notifying management cannot expect a refund
after the fact—especially since we most
likely could have fixed the problem early in
the clients’ stay.
Holiday Insurance:
It is a condition of booking that you are
adequately insured for the duration of
your holiday before you travel. You must
either take out Buzz holiday insurance,
or arrange an insurance policy yourself.
Should you elect to arrange your own insurance,
we require you to complete an insurance
indemnity form which will be issued by
Buzz, and we will require details of which
insurers your policy has been arranged
through.
Transfers:
Transfers are not included in the holiday
cost unless that you will be quoted. However
Buzz can arrange car hire at preferential
rates or alternatively you can take a
taxi – please speak to a sales clerk for
details.
Flights:
Are not included in any of our Hotel prices.
These are organized with an Atol license holder and invoiced separately once a
booking has been confirmed with timings
and price.
Accepting Terms
and Condition:
Once you give your credit or debit card
number verbally or send by fax, e-mail,
letter for processing your booking then
you are accepting our terms and conditions...

Parties:
These terms and conditions are made between
Buzz Holidays and whosoever shall use
this website (“the Client”).
Check in and out
times:
Unless stated otherwise your holiday duration
is for 7 or 14 nights and your accommodation
is reserved for you from 14.00 hrs (2.00
p.m.) on your arrival day. Should your
scheduled arrival time be late at night,
or in the early hours of the morning,
this means that your accommodation will
have been reserved for you from the previous
day and this constitutes the first night
of your occupancy. Check out is usually
between 11:00 and 12:00 hrs (midday) on
the day of your departure day.
Breakages:
You may be asked for an imprint of your
credit card or a cash sum to the value
of between £300/£500 to be
paid in advance at the start of your holiday
in the event of any breakages/losses/damage
to the property. Your credit card will
only be debited in the event of any breakage,
loss, or damage. Cash sums will be refunded
at the end of your holiday subject to
no breakage, loss, or damage.
Use of Site:
The Client may only use the website to
make legitimate enquiries or bookings
and hereby undertakes not to make any
speculative, false or fraudulent booking
or any booking in anticipation of demand.
The Client also undertakes to provide
correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or
other contact details to Buzz Holidays
and acknowledges that Buzz Holidays may
use these details to contact the Client
in the event that this should prove necessary.
Making a Booking:
A legally binding booking shall only exist
when the required details are inputted
on the relevant web-page, fax, letter
or e-mail by the Client and when the booking
is confirmed by the Client written or
verbally. The Client acknowledges that
he/she understands that by sending written
fax letter, e-mail or verbally, he/she
is authorizing Buzz Holidays to make the
booking and to debit his/her credit card
in the manner indicated on the website.
A booking may not be made less than two
days prior to the date that the Client
will be arriving at the accommodation
booked.
Vouchers:
Once the Client has paid the deposit by
credit card or cheque or authorized verbally,
the Client must print an electronic confirmation
or have confirmation letter or e-mail
showing the details of the booking. This
confirmation forms the basis of the contract
for the booking. THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES
THAT IT IS HIS/HER RESPONSIBILITY TO PRINT
AND CHECK THE CONFIRMATION AND ENSURE
THAT ALL OF THE DETAILS CONTAINED IN IT
ARE CORRECT AS ACCOMMODATION CAN ONLY
BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DETAILS
OUTLINED IN THE CONFIRMATION. WHERE THE
DETAILS ON THE CONFIRMATION ARE NOT CORRECT,
THE CLIENT SHOULD CONTACT Buzz Holidays
AT info@hotelsturkey.co.uk
SO THAT THE DETAILS CAN BE CORRECTED.
THE CONFIRMATION HOTEL VOUCHER MUST BE
PRESENTED AT THE HOTEL RESERVATION DESK
ON ARRIVAL AT THE DESIGNATED HOTEL AS
PROOF OF BOOKING AND PRE-PAYMENT.
Prices and Payment:
The price for the services provided by
Buzz Holidays is as specified on the booking
form. Payment must be made in full by
credit card at time of booking. Prices
quoted are (unless otherwise specified)
to cover room, breakfast, local services
and taxes. Buzz Holidays endeavors at
all times to charge discounted prices.
Where the Client should see a published
room rate which is lower than the price
paid to Buzz Holidays for the room booked
and is unhappy with the same, they should
check, prior to making a complaint to
Buzz Holidays, whether the published room
rate relates to room only or room, breakfast,
local services and taxes as per the Client's
booking with Buzz Holidays. Furthermore
during trade fairs or other festivals,
hotels often impose supplements or do
not give their usual reductions so that
the price paid by the Client may be higher
than the hotel's published rate. The Client
acknowledges that Buzz Holidays do not
have any control over this.
Responsibility:
By using the site, the Client confirms
that he/she is able and willing to meet
any liability incurred as a result thereof.
THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ANY BOOKING
MADE ON THIS WEB SITE IS NON REFUNDABLE,
NON TRANSFERABLE AND MAY NOT BE AMENDED
ONCE CONFIRMED.
Star Ratings and
quality of Accommodation:
The Client acknowledges that star ratings
may vary in quality from country to country
and cannot be relied on to identify the
quality of the accommodation. The Client

Accuracy of Information:
Buzz Holidays and its suppliers have taken
reasonable care to ensure that the content
of the website including all hotel information
and listings are accurate. The hotel information
and listings are compiled from information
provided by the hotels that are listed.
Buzz Holidays publishes such information
in good faith. THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES
AND ACCEPTS THAT Buzz Holidays CANNOT
BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INACCURACIES
IN SUCH INFORMATION, NOR CAN LIABILITY
BE ACCEPTED FOR CHANGES TO FACILITIES
WHICH ARE NOT NOTIFIED TO Buzz Holidays
BY THE HOTEL IN QUESTION. THE CLIENT ALSO
ACKNOWLEDGES THAT:-
(I) WHILE Buzz Holidays ENDEAVORS TO KEEP
ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE ALL INFORMATION
CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE, Buzz Holidays
CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS
OR MISLEADING INFORMATION CONTAINED IN
THE HOTEL LISTINGS OR INFORMATION.
(II) THE HOTEL LISTINGS OR INFORMATION.
Unavailability:
In the event of a confirmed booking becoming
unavailable, Buzz Holidays will endeavor
to offer an alternative hotel of the same
or a higher standard in the same location,
or offer a full refund if preferred. Buzz
Holidays will also endeavor to contact
the Client prior to departure and advise
them of this unavailability. However,
the Client acknowledges that this will
not always be possible. Where it is not
possible to contact the Client prior to
departure, Buzz Holidays will endeavor
to ensure that the relevant Hotel looks
after any change of accommodation as quickly
and efficiently as possible.
Complaints:
Any complaint regarding the Hotel should
be notified to the Hotel Reception desk
or to the relevant Hotel Representative
during the Client's stay at the hotel
and the hotel management must be given
adequate opportunity to rectify the situation
from the outset. Where any such compliant
is not rectified by the hotel in question
to the Client's satisfaction, a further
complaint should be made in writing to
Buzz Holidays not later than seven days
after termination of hotel stay. Where
possible, the written complaint to Buzz
Holidays should be supported by photographs
or other written/visible proof of the
complaint.
Warranties, Representations,
Conditions and Terms:
ALL TERMS, REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS
AND WARRANTIES (WHETHER IMPLIED OR MADE
EXPRESSLY) RELATING TO THE SITE AND ANY
CONNECTED SERVICES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED
BY ANY APPLICABLE LAW AND THE BRITISH
COURTS ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
Use of Client's
Contact Information:
The Client agrees and consents that Buzz
Holidays may use the Client's contact
information (i.e. the Client's, e-mail,
postal address and/or other contact details)
in order to contact the Client in the
event of a problem with the booking.
Indemnity:
THE CLIENT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD
HARMLESS Buzz Holidays FROM AND AGAINST
ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR LOSS INCLUDING
LEGAL FEES AND EXPENSES THAT Buzz Holidays
INCURS OR SUFFERS AS A RESULT OF ANY ACTION,
INACTION OR OMISSION BY THE CLIENT.
Consequential Loss:
UNDER NO CONDITIONS AND IN NO EVENT SHALL
Buzz Holidays OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE
FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES
OR LOSSES, HOWEVER ARISING, (INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE OR BREACH
OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OTHERWISE)
OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFIT, REVENUE
OR BUSINESS, HOWSOEVER CAUSED EVEN IF
THAT LOSS OR DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE BY,
OR THE POSSIBILITY OF IT WAS BROUGHT TO
THE ATTENTION OF Buzz Holidays.
Limitation of Liability:
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, Buzz Holidays
LIABILITY TO THE CLIENT AND/OR ANY THIRD
PARTIES ARE IN ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES
LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF EITHER:-
(A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT OF THE
BOOKING;
OR
(B) £100.
WHICHEVER IS THE LESSER.
Assignment:
The Client may not assign, convey, sub-contract
or delegate any rights, duties or obligations
hereunder except with the written consent
of Buzz Holidays.
Intellectual Property:
The Client acknowledges that all copyright,
trademarks and other intellectual property
rights in and relating to this website
and to the Hotel System Services are solely
owned by or licensed to Buzz Holidays.
The content or data found on the website
may not be reproduced, sold, transferred
or modified without the prior written
consent of Buzz Holidays. Neither may
the Client modify, duplicate, display,
copy, reproduce, license, publish, transfer
or sell any information, software, products
or services obtained from the website
without the prior written consent of Buzz
Holidays. The Client further acknowledges
that he/she must not use any of these
intellectual property rights, or the Buzz
Holidays Services, except to the extent
necessary to make a booking in the manner
anticipated by these terms and conditions.
System Integrity:
The usage of any device, routine or software
which inhibits or interferes with the
running of the Buzz Holidays website or
any booking concluded upon it is prohibited.
Any action which creates a load on the
Buzz Holidays website or infrastructure
which may be considered unreasonable or
disproportionate is prohibited.
No Guarantee of
Continuous Access to Buzz Holidays Website:
Buzz Holidays do not guarantee continuous
access without interruption to its website,
nor do Buzz Holidays guarantee secure
access to its services. The performance
of the Buzz Holidays website may be interfered
with by many factors outside our control.
Amendment to These
Terms and Conditions:
Buzz Holidays reserve the right to amend
these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates will be effective 5 days after
they are posted on the Buzz Holidays website.
This Agreement cannot otherwise be altered
without prior consultation with Buzz Holidays.
Severability:
These terms shall be deemed severable.
In the event that any provision is determined
to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision
shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest
extent permitted by applicable law and
such determination shall not effect the
validity and enforceability of any other
remaining provisions.
Headings:
The headings used in these Terms and Conditions
are included for convenience only and
shall not define, extend, limit or otherwise
affect these Terms and Conditions.
Force Majeure:
If as a consequence of Force Majeure,
Buzz Holidays is obliged to curtail, alter
or cancel a booking, the Client shall
not be entitled to claim compensation
for any loss arising as a consequence
of the said curtailment, alteration or
cancellation. The term “Force Majeure”
includes but is not limited to acts of
God, natural disaster, fire and any other
destruction of any accommodation booked,
riots, acts of war or civil commotion,
exercise of legislative, municipal, military
or other authority, strikes, industrial
action or any other reason beyond the
control of Buzz Holidays.
Entire Agreement:
These terms contain the entire agreement
between Buzz Holidays and the Client and
supersedes any prior understandings or
agreements (whether oral or written) regarding
the subject matter and may not be amended
or modified unless expressly agreed by
Buzz Holidays in writing.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are subject
to British Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Courts of England.
